Toronto flights to return next summer
03.11.07
Tour operator Canadian Affair will return to Newcastle Airport next year with flights to Toronto Pearson International Airport. The weekly flights will depart every Wednesday from May 21, with one-way tickets from £99, including taxes, in flight meals, drinks and entertainment.
Canadian Affair is the UK's largest tour operator to Canada. It will be using flights operated by an Air Transat A310, which is being reconfigured so that seats in the economy cabin will have 32 inches of seat pitch, which is bigger than on many full service airlines.
Toronto has a host of tourist attractions, including the infamous CN Tower, Rogers Skydome (home of the Toronto Blue Jays) and the Hockey Hall of Fame, as well as great west end shows, fantastic shopping and dining - and Niagara Falls is only 90 minutes away.
