bmi and Brussels Airlines codeshare deal

bmi has signed a new codeshare deal with Brussels Airlines that will see the two carriers cooperate on services between the UK and Belgium.
The deal will see bmi include daily flights operated between Brussels and Birmingham, Manchester, Bristol and Newcastle Airport on its systems. Brussels Airlines will add 3 routes to its UK route network, connecting the EU capital city to Edinburgh, Leeds Bradford and East Midlands.
The agreement comes into effect on October 26 and will mean Brussels Airlines passengers can book flights from 9 airports in the UK, operating connections to Belgium some 300 times per week.
