Jet2 to launch two new routes this week

Jet2 is to start flights between Newcastle Airport and Las Palmas, on Gran Canaria, and Arrecife, on Lanzarote, this week. The low-cost airline's new flights to the Canaries start tomorrow, with the route to Las Palmas operating twice a week each Monday and Saturday. Flights to Arrecife will operate weekly each Thursday.
The flights join Jet2's existing winter flights between Newcastle and Tenerife. They allow passengers from the North East to take scheduled flight-only services to two popular canary islands, giving them the freedom to put together their own holiday packages or to use them to visit holiday homes on the islands.
